Repair or Replace
Replacement is not decided by the age of the equipment alone. We look at the current fault, what the system has needed before, the condition of the equipment, how the home actually feels and what the replacement would involve.

What does a diagnostic visit cost?
A diagnostic visit is $139. That covers coming out, inspecting the system and telling you what we find.
Is the diagnostic fee waived with a repair?
Yes. If you book the repair with us, the $139 diagnostic fee is waived.
Why do you not publish repair prices?
Because the same symptom needs very different work in different homes. We would rather look and give you a real figure than publish a guess. The number we quote before starting is the number on the invoice.
What does the maintenance plan include?
The Comfort Club is $199 per year and includes two tune-ups, 15% off repairs, and free diagnostic calls.
When can I speak to someone?
We are open seven days a week and you can reach a person from 8am to 8pm. Outside those hours we run a 24-hour emergency service. You can submit a service request through the site at any time and we will get back to you.
Do you work on commercial systems?
No. We work on residential systems only. That means homes, not rooftop units, commercial equipment or boilers.
